2. Bonus Allocation
The AI-Voice Call Credits Bonus matches the setup fee for each eligible plan and is distributed as a monthly allowance over 12 months. The breakdown of the bonus and monthly allowances is as follows:

Setup Fee: $199
Monthly Allowance: $199 ÷ 12 = $16.58 per month
VOXY® AI Voice Receptionist:
Setup Fee: $499
Monthly Allowance: $499 ÷ 12 = $41.58 per month
VOXY® AI Voice Caller:
Setup Fee: $499
Monthly Allowance: $499 ÷ 12 = $41.58 per month
VOXY® AI Voice Agent:
Setup Fee: $799
Monthly Allowance: $799 ÷ 12 = $66.58 per month
3. Usage of Credits
The monthly allowance is applied solely to AI Voice usage costs associated with the subscribed VOXY® AI Voice plan.
Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent months and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
The AI-Voice Call Credits Bonus is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to other Vocal services.
5. Validity of Offer
This bonus is available only for new customers subscribing to eligible VOXY® AI Voice plans. Customers must maintain an active subscription throughout the 12-month period to continue receiving the monthly allowances.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the VOXY® AI Voice plan is cancelled before the end of the 12-month period, any unused credits will be forfeited.
7. Modification Rights
Vocal reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time. Customers already enrolled in the offer will retain the terms applicable at the time of subscription.
