Call Charges:
• Receptionist, Caller & Agent: 25c flag fall + $1.50/min. Avg. 2-min call cost: $3.25.
• Assistant (personal): 25c flag fall + $0.89/min. Avg. 2-min call cost: $2.03.
Network & Call Charges: OTT services do not include PSTN or GSM call costs. Additional charges apply for national, mobile, IDD, and special calls.
Order Process: Orders are assessed for viability and project scope. Development timelines average 2-6 weeks.
Bonus AI Voice Call Credits:
• Available on eligible 24-month term plans only.
• Any Bonus AI Voice Call Credits are apportioned evenly across the 24-month minimum term.
• Unused Bonus AI Voice Call Credits are forfeited each month and do not roll over.

1. Eligibility
The Bonus AI Voice Call Credits offer is available only to new customers who subscribe to an eligible VOXY® AI Voice plan on a 24-month minimum term and pay the applicable setup fee in full.
No Contract plans are not eligible for this offer.
2. Bonus Allocation
The Bonus AI Voice Call Credits value matches the applicable setup fee for each eligible plan and is applied as a monthly credit allowance over the 24-month minimum term.

Monthly bonus credit allowances are calculated by dividing the applicable setup fee across 24 monthly billing periods.
3. Use of Credits
Bonus AI Voice Call Credits may only be used toward eligible AI Voice usage charges associated with the subscribed VOXY® AI Voice plan. Credits cannot be used for setup fees, access fees, hardware, other Vocal services or any other non-eligible charges.
4. Monthly Expiry
Bonus AI Voice Call Credits are applied on a monthly basis only. Unused credits are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle, do not roll over, and are not carried forward to future months.
5. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
Bonus AI Voice Call Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another service, account or customer.
6. Ongoing Service Requirement
Customers must maintain an active eligible VOXY® AI Voice service for the duration of the applicable 24-month term to continue receiving the monthly Bonus AI Voice Call Credits.
7. Cancellation and Early Termination
If an eligible VOXY® AI Voice service is cancelled, suspended or terminated, any unused or future Bonus AI Voice Call Credits will be forfeited. This applies whether or not an Early Termination Fee (ETF) is payable under the service terms.
8. Offer Changes and Standard Terms
Vocal reserves the right to withdraw, vary or terminate this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Customers who have already subscribed to an eligible service may retain the offer on the terms that applied at the time of signup, unless otherwise stated. Vocal’s Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA) and applicable VOXY® AI Voice terms and conditions apply.
