Terms & Conditions for the G-Mobile® and VOXY® AI Voicemail™ Bundle Offer
1. Eligibility
1.1. The bundle offer is available to new and existing customers who subscribe to both the G-Mobile® SIM plan and VOXY® AI Voicemail™ service during the promotional period.
1.2. Customers must activate both services under the same account to qualify for the bundle benefits.
1.3. This offer is available only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
2. Offer Details
2.1. The G-Mobile® SIM plan includes unlimited calls, unlimited SMS, and 5GB of data per month, subject to the standard Fair Use Policy.
2.2. VOXY® AI Voicemail™ provides automated AI-powered call handling, including human-like message recordings, seasonal greetings, and instant SMS notifications.
2.3. The offer includes:
– A discounted G-Mobile® SIM plan at $2/year (normally priced at $21/month).
– 55% off the VOXY® AI Voicemail™ service for the first 12 months.
2.4. Customers must pay a refundable $55 setup fee for VOXY® AI Voicemail™.
3. Minimum Cost
3.1. The minimum cost for the bundle is $170.40 over the 12-month term, including the refundable $55 setup fee for VOXY® AI Voicemail™.
3.2. Additional charges apply for mobile off-network calls, advanced features, or excess data usage.
4. Billing and Payments
4.1. Both services must be paid via a single billing account to maintain the bundle discount.
4.2. Failure to make payments for either service may result in cancellation of the bundle benefits.
4.3. Refunds for the $55 setup fee will only be processed if all terms and conditions of the VOXY® AI Voicemail™ service are met.
5. Service Activation and Setup
5.1. The G-Mobile® SIM will be activated upon SIM card delivery or porting of an existing number.
5.2. VOXY® AI Voicemail™ requires a 3-7 day project setup period, during which customers must provide configuration details for call handling preferences.
6. Promotional Period
6.1. This is a limited-time ‘in beta’ offer, and the promotional period is subject to change at the discretion of Vocal.
6.2. Orders placed outside the promotional period will not qualify for the bundle discount.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1. Customers may cancel the bundle at any time; however, any unused portions of the $2 G-Mobile® SIM plan are non-refundable.
7.2. The refundable $55 setup fee for VOXY® AI Voicemail™ will be forfeited if the service is canceled before the end of the 12-month term.
7.3. Cancellations must be made in accordance with Vocal’s standard cancellation policy.
8. Fair Use Policy
8.1. The unlimited calls and SMS included in the G-Mobile® SIM plan are subject to Vocal’s Fair Use Policy, ensuring reasonable and non-commercial use.
8.2. VOXY® AI Voicemail™ usage is subject to Message Credits terms, as outlined in the VOXY® AI Voicemail™ service agreement.
9. Modifications to the Offer
9.1. Vocal reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this bundle offer at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Any changes will not affect customers who have already subscribed during the promotional period.
10. Standard Terms and Conditions
10.1. This offer is subject to Vocal’s standard terms and conditions for G-Mobile® and VOXY® AI Voicemail™ services, which can be found on the respective service pages.
10.2. By subscribing to this bundle, customers agree to all terms outlined herein.

Ammortised monthly access is required to be paid upfront for a mobile phone service provided for the duration of each minimum 12 month term.
Customers may purchase a compatible mobile handset at an additional price including delivery or use their own compatible device.
Included data is calculated as a combined total of uploads and downloads in a billing month and excess data charges apply to total calculated usage in excess of the included usage rounded up to the whole GB.
Unlimited national calls, SMS, MMS and voicemail charges subject to our Fair Go Policy.
Any part of your monthly Included Call, Text and/or Data Allowance that is not used will be forfeited.
Customers may cancel the service at any time providing written notice. Cancellation of the service within the 12 month minimum term will result in forfeiture of any remaining or unused portion of the service term and no refunds for annual upfront payments or part thereof will be given.

Once-off Setup Fee: $55
Monthly Message Credits Allowance: $55 ÷ 12 = $3.09 per month
Usage of Message Credits – The monthly allowance is applied solely to AI Voice usage costs associated with the VOXY® AI Voicemail plan. Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent months and will expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable – The AI-Voicemail Message Credits Bonus is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to other Vocal services.
Validity of Offer – This bonus is available only for new customers subscribing to the VOXY® AI Voicemail plan. Customers must maintain an active subscription throughout the 12-month period to continue receiving the monthly allowances.
Cancellation Policy – If the VOXY® AI Voicemail plan is cancelled before the end of the 12-month period, any unused credits will be forfeited.
Modification Rights – Vocal reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time. Customers already enrolled in the offer will retain the terms applicable at the time of subscription.
